It's tough at the top: Wayne Rooney's training ground injury is revealed as he shows off his drastically thinning hair

He was recently forced to pull out of England’s imminent World Cup qualifiers with Moldova and Ukraine after injuring his head in a freak training ground accident. 
But while the long scar that prompted his withdrawal was evident on his forehead, so too was the worryingly thin thatch of hair up top. 
Indeed, the Manchester United striker’s scalp was clear to see during a day out  with wife Coleen and their two children at Apple Jacks farm in Warrington
Wayne’s drastic hair loss was revealed as he courteously obliged a female fan with an autograph on Monday.
