Business as usual at United as new boy Fellaini joins Vidic and Ferdinand at training

It may be a critical day in qualifying for next year's World Cup finals in Brazil but life goes on as normal at Manchester United for those not on international duty.
Centre-back pairing Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand may have stepped back from their national teams but they weren't spared a session at United's Carrington training complex on Tuesday.
And with Belgium not in action, Marouane Fellaini was given an extra session to help him prepare for his likely United debut at home to Crystal Palace in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday lunchtime.
The trio - as well as Anderson, Alexander Buttner, Anders Lindegaard and Federico Macheda - were snapped driving into the training ground.
The international hiatus has meant United having to wait nearly a fortnight to make amends for their 1-0 defeat at Liverpool and improve on their seventh place in the table.
Following the home match with Palace, United open their Champions League campaign against Bayer Leverkusen at Old Trafford before taking on neighbours City at the Etihad Stadium.
Manchester Police announced strict security measures for the derby, on September 22, in an effort to avoid the violent scenes last season.
